Ingredients:
2 3/4 cups Unbleached all-purpose flour
3/4 cup Nutritional yeast flakes
2 teaspoons Aluminum free baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Paprika
Dash Cayenne pepper ( optional)
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon Active dry yeast
1/4 teaspoon Vitamin C powder (Ascorbic acid)
2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
1/2 cup Olive, grape seed, or safflower oil
1/2 cup Ice cold water

Kitchen Supplies:
- Large Mixing Bowl
- Measuring Cup Set
- Measuring Spoon set
- Rolling Pin
- Large Cookie Sheet/ Baking Pans
- Pizza Cutter or Small Paring knife
Way To Go...
Mix together all dry ingredients thoroughly. Make a well in the center leaving approximately 1/2" of flour on bottom of bowl, add oil water and lemon juice. Mix together in the well, then begin stirring in the surrounding flour. Mix and mix until it forms a dough, DO NOT KNEAD ! Let it rest for 25 - 30 minutes.

And then roll it out into a large irregular shape ....
Then you slice up the dough with a knife or use a pizza slicer to make the job easier on yourself
Preheat the oven to 350 F. And then you might as well be bored because your going to get bored if your not already; it takes forever to pick up these little crackers, (that's why I don't make little crackers :) (politely, FYI)
Then you bake them for about 15-25 minutes.
